Join our Cruise Administration team 

Location: Ayr 
Hours:  Full time

Responsibilities

  • Booking Confirmations: daily quality checks, process previous days bookings and send confirmation to client.
  • Tickets: Ensure all tickets are issued within agreed timescales.
  • Costing Queries: take on initial investigation & resolution of all costing queries from finance.
  • Mailbox management: prioritising & managing mailbox workflow on a daily basis.
  • Diary Management: manage and action daily diary entries, prioritising where necessary.
  • Organisation and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Receipting of payments via cheque and bacs
  • Support Customer Service and Sales Team in line with business needs.

Experience, Qualities & Skills

Essential:

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Travel Admin experience is advantageous.
  • Be process driven and able to work under pressure while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess good time management skills and prove the ability to multi-task.

Desirable:

  • Prove you are a team player yet have the ability to work independently.
  • Possess a can-do attitude and have a methodical and positive approach towards all tasks.
  • Demonstrate best practices and flexibility at all times.
