Join our Customer Service team 

Location: Ayr 
Hours:  Full time


  • All incoming post-sales & service calls.
  • Flight/Cabin/Hotel/Transfer upgrades.
  • Sourcing and booking Excursions.
  • Schedule changes from our internal flight department
  • Responding to inbound emails from clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Outbound calls for missing client booking information e.g., APIS information.
  • Reminder of balance due: outbound call & follow up email /letter.
  • Overdue Payments:  outbound call & follow up email/letter to clients regarding overdue balance.
  • Liaising with the Sales and Administration teams on Customer queries.
  • Booking flights seats on behalf of customers.
  • Insurance quotes.
  • General paperwork queries.
  • Diary Management.
  • Outbound calling projects as instructed by the Customer Services Team Leader.
  • Support the Administration team in line with business needs.

  • Worked in a busy Customer Services department.
  • Have travelled extensively including Cruise Travel.
