Everything explained and very efficent only bug bare is that stuff comes for Mr Birtwell and Im the Mrs and was booked by me young man was very helpful and got us the info within a short while of enquiring and called back to check all details very good and excellent service

Heidi booked my second cruise in a week using up credit we have from MSC, although MSC are a little slow with the admin, Heidi more than makes up for it. Efficient, knowledgable and very importantly personable !! Another great booking, now here’s to getting rid of covid so we can go on these amazing trips ????????????????
