Thank you Sinead we have used the Scotland’s Cruise Centre in the past and have been very impressed with the service but I must admit this time you have excelled yourself you have kept us up to date with the Coronavirus and have helped us to make the right decision for us. Thanks again.

I know people are always very quick to complain and not as quick to recognise excellent customer service etc so just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you. The situation was handled so well by Scotland's Cruise Centre and in particular by Ben. The service we received was second to none. Nobody wanted to be in the situation we found ourselves in but this could not be helped and as soon as we made your customer services aware that we would not be making our flights due to the situation they couldn’t have been more helpful. I have never been in that situation before and it is quite daunting being so far away from home and not having the usual luxuries of internet etc. As soon as we spoke with customer services they put us at ease straight away, told us to relax and that they would sort things out.

We finally arrived home in the early hours. In spite of all the interruptions and changes we had an amazing time. We felt that MSC treated us well given the very difficult circumstances they were under. I know a lot of people complained about lack of information but to be fair it was changing by hour. I would also like to say a huge thank you to Scotland’s Cruise Centre for keeping us informed all the way. Your staff rang me on board to let me know what was happening and reassured us that you would ensure we were brought home. I had full trust in your company and was not disappointed. I cannot praise you enough and let other passengers know as they did not have the same level of excellent service we received I would also like to say a big thank you to Moya who went the extra mile to ensure we got home safe even when not on duty.

I would like to thank your team, and in particular, David, for the outstanding service provided during what must be a particularly busy and stressful time for you all. David has gone above and beyond to ensure the cancellation of two cruises was as painless as possible for us. He is always exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable when have booked with him, and was no different when we had to cancel under these unprecedented circumstances. Big shout to all the staff at the Scotland’s Cruise Centre, who have been amazing during this crisis. We have had a holiday of a lifetime impacted and they have reacted quickly and have contacted us every step of the way with guidance and options. People have talked of the nightmares trying to contact their travel companies but SCC have been proactive so l haven’t needed to do this. They contacted me promptly on each occasion my travel plans were impacted. A special mention goes to Moya who has gone above and beyond. Thank you so much for your help SCC.
