A cruise is the perfect way to explore the spectacular volcanic landscapes of Iceland and the vast glaciers of Greenland
Throughout summer, cruises to the north allow travellers to see so much more as days stretch into the night. The land of the midnight sun offers unique views of the stunning landscapes. In contrast, many now choose to voyage in the winter to observe the breathtaking Northern Lights.
Iceland cruises offer the opportunity to see an incredible array of marine wildlife. Knowledgeable crews will happily point out whale colonies of seals and there’s ample opportunity for whale watching when sailing the clear waters around the island.
Iceland’s capital Reykjavik is a highlight of any northern cruise combing the modern with Norse traditions. It also acts as a gateway to the natural wonders of the country with glaciers and hot springs.
Moving into the Arctic Circle, Greenland National Park is the world’s largest national park and also the least visited. There are 11,000 miles of coastline including the world’s northernmost area of land the largest icecap in the Northern Hemisphere. Arctic wildlife dwells throughout the park with large bird populations, giant walruses and the iconic polar bear.
Some cruises offer extreme expeditions into the wilderness for the adventure tourists while a more traditional cruise experience is available for the more sedate traveller.

Excellent Service. Will Saxton was friendly , knowledgeable and highly efficient. In the space of one phone callWill was able to give a detailed quote for our cruise including our request for a longer stay in the destination port, flights from Glasgow , the cruise and hotels at either end of the cruise with all transport included. No hard sell . Will emailed the quote the same day and returned our call to book the cruise as quoted. He had great knowledge and could book connecting flights from Scotland easily. We can now deposit our bags at Glasgow Airport and they are booked straight through to our final destination. Delighted with the service and looking forward to our cruise
