I cannot praise Alana enough. I contacted SCC enquiring regards back to back cruises next year. Alana, whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with previously, assumed the enquiry.
She immediately ensured she had all our requirements to hand and then set about pulling our plans together. Within 24 hours we were all booked up, all done with efficiency and professionalism. When you add the personal touch she brings you feel as if you actually know her. Once again thank you and would recommend to anyone.
