Begin this Italian intensive with a FREE 2 night stay in Nice offering time to experience the French Riviera’s coastal beauty, local markets, and historic old town. Embark Azamara Quest where you will experience becautiful ports of call. First up is an overnight call in Florence/Pisa, allowing time to explore both the Renaissance art and architecture of Florence and the historic landmarks of Pisa. The journey continues to Rome, Italy’s capital, rich in ancient ruins and cultural heritage. Next is Sorrento, offering views of the Bay of Naples, followed by the dramatic coastal scenery of Amalfi. In southern Italy, the port of Crotone provides access to archaeological sites and seaside charm. The cruise then visits Kotor, Montenegro, known for its well-preserved medieval old town and scenic bay. Returning to Italy, the port of Ravenna offers a gateway to Bologna, known for its culinary and historical significance. The voyage concludes at Venice Fusina, a port providing access to the canals and architecture of Venice.
