I complained , as an Oceans silver member and after booking a premium suite adjacent to Fred Olsens "Balmoral" dining restaurants, only to find the restaurant was downgraded to (several levels down) Ballindalloch restaurant. Despite two enquiries by SCC, FO remained stubbornly on the line that the restaurants were fully booked. SCC senior manager (Moya Stewart ) elevated my continued complaint and threat to cancel, successfully to FO, who have arranged our booking to our (previous 6 sailings) preferred restaurant. Our gratitude and congratulations to SCC senior management for taking the time and effort to resolve our "reasonable" complaint. We will definitely continue to book via their services ( Fred Olsen "bookings services" - maybe NOT so much !)
