A Future Cruise Credit (FCC) is a voucher for future travel. It is provided in lieu of a refund and has a monetary value that can be used on a future cruise booking.
If your FCC exceeds the cost of the cruise, a new one will be issued in the amount of the leftover balance.
If your cruise value is more, you can pay the difference when the balance is due.
Most cruise lines only allow you to use your FCC towards a new cruise holiday, however, please check with your Cruise Expert for your cruise lines terms and conditions.
No, a FCC can only be applied to a cruise from the cruise line by which they were originally issued.
You can't use your FCC to pay for the following:
• The initial deposit to reserve a cruise
• Taxes
• Port fees
• Prepaid gratuities
• Shore excursions
Yes, your FCC will have an expiry date. Be sure to read the cruise line's fine print on when and how the FCC may be applied. If in doubt, give our Cruise Experts a call.
*This applies to majority of cruise lines, there are a few exceptions including Marella and Viking.
