If you are currently travelling and your query is regarding a transfer, please contact the number given on your travel voucher for assistance. If you have contacted the number on your voucher and still cannot locate your transport after 45 minutes, please take a taxi, keep the receipt and contact us on your return.

If you are currently on a cruise please speak with on board Guest Relations to help with your query in the first instance.
